As a kid, M-Jock -born as Marcel Roskam- was always into music.
When he discovered the acoutic guitar, he started singing gospel songs and church hymns.
After that, he started to come up with his own chord sequences and the next step was to write his own songs.

Whereas most people make music just to express their feelings, M-Jock differs from that. After a deep spiritual experience, he dedicated his music to touch people with the message of God.
His dream is to bring the society closer to God, to break free from the 'Christian bubble' in which the church often resides and remains.

He has a broad range of musical interests: From hard-rock to psalmsongs, hiphop and reggae, to latin and folk music. The broad mix of styles contributes to M-Jock's music. One can discover various styles in a single song!
